Insurance

A reminder that all dancers at your club dances are either members of your club or guests. If they are members they must be listed on the club roster at the insurance company. If you add members to your club at any time please remember to make your check for $4.45 per member payable to C.S.S.D.A. Insurance and send with the form. That will speed up the processing of your new members at the insurance company.
